We have lived here for over 7 years and have always loved this donut shop but today is the day that ended. I’ve witness the owner be very rude to people in the past but just chalked It up to her having a bad day because most of the time she’s very nice.Today my kids and I were treated with the most disrespect I’ve ever witnessed, all because my daughter took what was less than 30 seconds to pick a donut. (Side note-We are a dye free family so there’s only 3-5 donuts they can pick from, so choosing isn’t a hard task and normally they get the same thing everytime so it’s a very simple process.) She then proceeds to call my kids slow and then told me “I don’t serve slow people” and skipped us and served not only the person behind us (which was the only other person in the store) but then went on to serve the person that walked through the door as she was finishing up. Then when they said we were here first she pointed to my kids and said “they slow kids I don’t serve them”At that point my kids are crying and as we turn to leave she said goodby slow kids with a smile!I really truly hope that she is just having a very bad day and doesn’t think that these actions are acceptable.

Hands down the most hateful person runs this Donut Shop. She decided to yell and berate my wife and kids because my kids wanted to pick their donuts. Absolutely terrible service told my wife she was taking to long and moved to the next person. Totally fine then when she came back she decided to tell my wife as my daughter is picking her donut she will not serve her because she takes to long. My kids are seven and five. This was there favorite donut shop. They left crying because of what this woman said to my kids. I hope this gets to as many parents possible. Sad day we truly loved this place. We will not be going back. As i urge the rest of you to truly stay away from this place.

The nicest people in this donut shop! It was my son’s birthday and they said happy birthday to him and put candles on his donut and the whole shop sang happy birthday. They gave us free donuts too. Highly recommend them!!!

The customer service is absolutely amazing here. They always make the experience so special for my daughter. Today she went in with her dad for a donut for her birthday and they gave her a birthday crown, a special plate, and lit a candle on her donut to sing her happy birthday. Seriously just the sweetest people working there! We moved to the area from OKC and giving my daughter memories like that really solidify that we made the best choice moving out here, because we would never get treated so well at a Dunkin’ Donuts in the city. They are the best

This lady was very rude, not only were the donuts over priced, she stole my change and then told me I was done and motioned me to go away. Later my daughter needed toilet paper because the bathroom didn't have any, when I came to ask her for some she told me "No" and that I was done. So I had to grab napkins so my daughter could clean herself. Very rude will not be coming back.

Went in for the first time today excited to try out the donut shop that’s so close to our new home.I walked in with my young daughter and saw an older woman come from the back talking on the phone, no greeting, no pause, but we needed a few seconds to look at the two trays of donuts available anyways (maybe low stock day?) so not a huge deal. Nonexistent greeting is the norm some places. It is what it is.But as she continued to talk at the counter looking past us I gave her a nod and a hand up that we were ready and walked up closer to the counter only to be met with the “one moment index finger up” as she continued talking.Even gave her another 30 seconds after that for any acknowledgment. We left and drove to Dunkin’ Donuts in Yukon. It was worth the 20 minute drive to be greeted and treated like we existed before we spent money in a store. Unfortunate experience.

I have been going to this shop for 3-4 years. The old owners were wonderful! The new owner that took over has been rude to me and my sons. She told one son to shush every time he spoke once. When I went with my other son (with no one in there) I was ignored then told to hurry up while I was ordering. She also doesn’t give change back. I live across the street, but will never be back. Very RUDE!!
