“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!”

I had one of the staff offer to take my son so I could eat, I have never had that happen before and it made me tear up because that was so selfless. I didn’t get her name but thank you so much to her! I also didn’t get the name of the other woman I spoke to but I just want you to know you give me hope. Thank you for sitting there talking to me, thank you for congratulating me on my divorce, I felt so seen our entire conversation and I know I’ll think about this for years to come.
