We attended a birthday party where adults who brought children were forced to pay for a buffet (per adult) or else were denied entry. Rides were expensive and games were crappy. Claw Machine claws are so loose that we picked up an item perfectly 3 times, and each time the claw hit the top after retracting, it would drop the item back on the Machine floor. Attractions aren't available at all times anymore, and staff failed to inform us of that until we had already been waiting...read full review
first time going to this place for a birthday party and it was mass confusion. Secret was over our party room and she was not very explanatory about the process. she was only able to be found at certain times. I would NOT recommend this place for parties.
we are here today I have been waiting 35 minutes for my child to ride go-karts and everything that showed on schedule to be open was not open, they are not on time and this is a big waste of time and there were only four pizzas out with this place almost packed.. very disappointed, it has really gone downhill, won't be back...

Based on the reviews, Oklahoma City’s Incredible Food and Fun offers a great time with delicious food, including the best pizza. The facility is very nice and clean from one end to the other. There is a wide variety of fun rides and games, including go carts, lazer tag, and bumper cars. The game room is clean with plenty of options. The staff is great, super helpful, and provides awesome service. One employee, Shaun, was especially awesome and very helpful. He was on the microphone and on the floor, making the experience feel even better. He helped with everything and had genuine enthusiasm that made it impossible to have a bad time. Another manager was amazing and helpful in finding a lost wallet. The check in process was fantastic. It is the best service and best time for families, teams, and anyone visiting from out of state.
