The staff was very kind and accommodating when it came to food allergies! The salad was delicious and their chicken is very flavorful! Highly recommend!!

Bought a gyro and baklava ONLY. From thier food truck and spent $13. Ridiculous, won't buy again.

My family and I went to scissor tail night market and visited this food truck! Excellent and FAST service. My wife got the thunder gyro bowl and I got a sandwich and fries, everything was so fresh. We loved it!

This is my favorite truck by far. It has the freshest ingredients and perfect for when you are tired of burgers and greasy food. I love the veggie sandwich and it can be made vegan. Highly recommend

My favorite gyros by the hardest working family ever! The homemade tZiki sauce is amazing and the Thunder sauce is one of the most original you’ll ever try. Definitely recommend the home made hummus and pita.

Overpriced for the quantity and quality of the food. Mom and pop shops give you a whole meal (gyro, fries, drink) that has amazing flavor for $10, here you get a single gyro for that much and it’s mini compared to what you can get elsewhere.

We went to the Asian Market/festival at Scissortail Park tonight.
This was my first time to eat at this place.
Very disappointed to say the least
Your items are overpriced for the quantity of food you sell.
The Gyros Bowl was what i ordered.
A bed of rice and a couple of slices of meat.
No tzakiti sauce, no extras.
Never eat there again.

First time trying this cuisine. I'm going back to try something different from the Oregano Chicken bowl I had. It was good but I need to have another dish to make comparisons. It's a favorite truck at my place of work, so I look forward to reviewing more.

The food was delicious, and the people running the truck were so kind and helpful, giving me some great suggestions for my dietary restrictions! I got the loaded thunder fries with falafel, and it was honestly the best falafel I have ever had. It was crispier than any I've tried before! My boyfriend was happy to learn that their gyro meat has lamb in it, which is not the case at every Greek eatery. I definitely recommend Let's Do Greek and hope to see them at another event soon!

We had Let’s Do Greek cater our wedding and it was great! Easy to work with and everyone loved the food. Loved that we could have vegetarian options too!
