Edit** 1/21/26 this place still can’t get it together. My wife had to turn around to get a happy meal and then she gets home and we are missing a cheeseburger. Worst McDonalds ever. The owner needs to clean shop! YOUR GENERAL MANAGER ISNT DOING THIER JOB!!!!!!!!!!! Cmon

i ordered 30mins ahead on my app when i got to McDonald’s they didn’t have my order ready and i proceeded to wait for 20+mins more SMFH🙄

The service has gone to the worst level on the planet. Honestly this McDonald’s probably performs well on paperwork inside the company. As an ordinary customer I would rather drive 10 miles to get away from these people at this McDonald’s than go here. You ask for ketchup they give you one packet. You ask for a refill they don’t want to do it. They left my six year old son at the counter for 20 minutes hoping he would go away. I had to go up there after he said excuse me at least 10 times to get someone’s attention. I know this review won’t get any attention. Ever since the remodel they have used the new wall to hide behind.

This kid named Louis has severe attitude issues, I don't even know what I've done to him because I always treat fast food workers with respect since I've worked fast food, but this dude just has it out to be as rude and disrespectful as possible towards me for whatever reason. Actively driving customer away!

Don't rely on the hours posted either online or at the door. These people will happily lock the door hours early as long as the dinner rush is over. When I worked in fast food there was a shift leader fired for doing that but I guess they don't care here. Worked a long day and wanted something to eat at 10 pm and they had locked down the lobby.

Hello I really love this reactant because they help me feed the grouling pain I feel in my stomach every day when I wake up I crave McDonald’s steak I need its nutrition to start my day. Every day after a hard day at the desk in my house office I DoorDash lunch and snack on my delicious 40 piece nugget, they make it perfect here every time the taste makes my flab’s jiggle with joy when i chomp down on my fried treat it is a delicious delight and I will continue eating all my meals here forever
