Go in to have a delicious milk shake, lo and behold the ice cream machine is down. According to the employee, it’s been down for a long time. Seriously McDonalds? This is how you plan for the first 3 day weekend to kick off summer?

Didn't have coffee, and I ordered through the app. It would be great if they had something of equal value to give instead when they run out of coffee, I had to replace it with a coke.

If the female manager and her younger male employee could stop flirting in the window and being weird, and then also actively ignoring uber orders that'd be great. But instead they wanted to keep cutsie talking while we waited in the drive thru and could see them. It took 15 minutes, the manager making coffees for herself and her boo thang, and him walking outside for us to finally receive our pickup. Ridiculous.
My son and I wanted to eat in the lobby, at 1 in the afternoon immediately greated with a sign saying take out only while using the self service kiosk. Service was cold and unwelcoming. We were treated like we were homeless or loitering. I can't imagine that being an issue in Piedmont OK. We could feel the staff watching us, expecting us to leave immediately. Very upsetting.
