The food was AMAZING! My burger and fries tasted fresh. The drink tasted better than any of the other McDonald’s I’ve ever tasted. Than the Atmosphere was amazing relaxing and quiet. Since they made everything right for the food service was amazing 5 Stars.

Their customer service has gone down, they forgot a couple things on my order and tried to make me pay more for them, I showed the receipt and they were still rude and no apology for making me feel like I was trying to get free stuff.
Drive-thru takes way too long when. 15min. I finally got my breakfast the big breakfast with hotcakes didn't get no forks no butter no syrup nothing and missing sausage burrito no napkins. But they have 15 people standing in there talking doing nothing.

I absolutely LOVE the manager zee, they are so sweet. I door dashed and asked for no onions on my burger and they wrote me the sweetest note making sure they understood my request ?????

This review is directly for the location manager and nobody else. Twice, my younger brother has scheduled an interview to work here and Twice the store manager was a NO SHOW. Very unprofessional and very rude to waste people's time! If they actually are short staffed, just know it's your managers fault.

So. On the one hand, our food was hot and fresh. On the other hand, the new design of this location means that you may die from hunger before you can find and employee to help you. Ordering on the app or on the kiosk is clearly what this McDonalds would like you to do. Because of the new restaurant design where the drink machines have been removed from the lobby, you do not get to fill your own drink (in order to get the proper ice to drink ratio). It is unclear if you can get refills or not — it might be allowed but you would have to find an employee to help you. We were going to ask but have up as the crowd of people waiting to get help grew to an unmanageable level.
