This would be a much better experience if half of their stalls weren’t out of order. They have signs on the blacked out stalls saying they work but when you attempt to actually use them, they don’t work. They also never put lite ice when requested.

need to slow down and take pride in your food slamming out food to get the line gone does nothing for you ... pickle fries where soggy chicken sandwich was over cooked bacon was hard as a rock and sandwich had wayyyyyy to much

Worst sonic in the history of all Sonics. Honestly don't know how this place has continued to be allowed to operate under the sonic franchise. It's so bad, we won't stop at another sonic anywhere now.

I placed an online order. The order was ready when I got there, and brought out to me immediately. The car hop also made sure to take the time to ask if I needed anything else which is something that I haven’t received from other sonic locations in the past.Keep up the great customer service!

I ordered food at the Piedmont store at 8:20am.. that is AM… the burger that i recieved looked like it was made yesterday. The cheese was hard and old and there was zero lettuce on it, all of my food was cold… the only good thing i ordered was a rt44 dr pepper… the chicken sandwich i ordered looked like a slider… i do believe i will drive to braums from now on as this is the third or fourth bad experience i have had here

I usually LOVE Sonic, but today had a bad experience. Pulled in and ordered a Large Coke about 10:45 AM. 20 minutes passed and no Car Hop..... Hummmm, looked around and not super busy there, but there were a few, maybe 5-6. Don't know what happened, but I had to leave for an appointment. Hope this owner can get this worked out. He had a really good Car Hop with long reddish hair. Hope she gets to move up. However, the Car Hop with shorter black hair, needs skates, cuz she moves mighty slow!!!!

I’m so dang tired of pulling into stalls with broken screens. If they’re broken, block them off. 2 out of every 3 times I come I pull into a stall with a busted screen.

So far as Sonic locations go, this is the second best one I've ever been to. They get the order right, everything is cooked correctly, and the employees seem to be ok with working there. It seems like I should probably have higher standards than that, but pretty much every other Sonic location fails all 3 of those.
