Generally arbys is my go to place for lunch but today it truly let me down. They have steak nuggets as a new item on the menu and so I thought I would try it. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The Mac n cheese was warm one side and cold in the middle, the fried onions were soggy and old and it was a huge disappointment. An employee came by and asked how it was and I said horrible but that my dog would eat and their reply was at least it’s not going to waste and that was it. I’ll rethink my choice next time

Last two times I tried to eat here the staff was too worried about the drive thru to pay attention to the lobby. They told us they had to catch the drive thru up before they could begin taking anyone’s order. Several of us walked out because of it. Tried it again a week later and the service was the same except they wouldn’t acknowledge anyone in the lobby. So walked out again. If Arby’s can’t focus on two things at once they need to close their lobby and only focus on the drive thru.

Crappy service and cold food just as cold as the crappy service. Tried again 9-17-25 same crappy service they were more focused on drive thru and not the front counter. Just close the lobby if you don’t want to serve anyone in the lobby.

Slow service, didn't know the shake machine was down, so we didn't get shakes, nor did we get our money back or something else for the inconvenience. This isn't the first time either, so definitely not coming back

The shake machine wasn't working and it took a while to get the food to go.
The food is always fresh, the tables are almost always clean and service is always great.
the only negative thing I have to say is most recently the manager was being passive aggressive and pretty rude (in my opinion, hostile) to one of the workers with every little thing she did. And I mean complete nit picking. And it was hard to eat listening to it happen.

This place has gone down hill so far. If you don't go in you are guaranteed to get the wrong order even after they've already tried to hand you the order for someone else. Not to mention the wait just to order your food cause they can't seem to keep up with the line of two cars. And, you get to wait at least an extra 15 minutes extra when they tell you to pull forward.
