It was the dirtiest Arby's I've ever been too . Trash was overflowing all the tables were dirty food and trash on the floors . Restroom was dirty . I peaked behind the counter while going to the restroom even the kitchen floor was dirty . There wasn't anyone in the dining room just the drive thru. There was no sense of it being so nasty . I will never go back when passing through

In the end the order was corrected but the process was terrible. The drive through person was nice enough, but I had to go inside to get the order corrected (at their insistence that it would be less of a wait for me. I had to wait after going in. Thecperson who appeared to be the manager on duty was horribly rude and unapologetic lacking any semblance of good customer service. I won't be back for a while. Staff will turn over soon enough I suppose. Food was cold by the time it could be eaten.

I only go to Arby’s when I crave some curly fries and tonight was one of those nights. I ordered one meal with a large curly fry and large drink. I assumed since it was an easy order, plus no rush, my food would’ve been correct. I returned home and was getting ready to eat when I notice a crinkle fry hanging out the box and so I just threw it to the side and was like, “Okay that’s fine, one fry fell into the box.” but as I started eating more and more curly fries more crinkle was showing at the bottom. I dumped the box and was very disappointed. As from the crinkle cut fried they look stale.

The food was great, the inside was clean and the manager on duty was very friendly.
Manager named "Tank" was the rudest person. He made our order wrong and refused to make it right. If "Tank" as he spelled it out for me over the phone, is truly the Manager ill never give another penny to this business. I hope they crumble along with Tanks fast food career.

They were out of several menu items . Took longer than it should have to get order placed . Workers were visiting with each other .My sister said her sandwich was barely warm , fries cold. No ketchup in the small paper cups or other condiments available . They did have ketchup packets .They also had my favorite cherry and apple turnovers
