Service was slow, but it was the noon rush hour. We had to pull up and wait like another 10 minutes to be served our food. They were apologetic for our wait, and our food was fresh, but we saw like 5-6 cars be served before us. It was frustrating. You'd think we ordered something special, or some kind of sundae, but no, 2 orders of chicken strips with fries and a soda, and a cheeseburger with fries and soda. Normal menu items....
We always get #8 (chicken). If you don't ask them to make it fresh, it is taken from under the heating lamp and it's extremely dry. So it's worth the wait to have a decent freshly cooked meal and not chicken jerky. We don't eat out much, but the last two times we treated ourselves, we've been pleased with our meals. Thank you Braums!
Went through drive thru this time. I've been inside. The whole place usually smells like⁸ someone dipped a dirty mop into warm rotten milk and then proceded to mop the entire place without rinsing. You may ask⁷ yourself how im talking about the inside, well when you go through drive thru when they open the window it unapollogeticaly blasts you in the face.
