I will no longer be ordering from Domino's we loved Domino's we ordered a lot of Domino's no more the last two times I got my pizza they were not what I ordered it was nasty it was dry wasn't any good at all we pay good money A lot of times we ordered a lot from Domino's but no more that was disgusting and I will not order from Domino's anymore I'm Not tooting my own horn but you're losing a lot of money because we spend a lot at Domino's I really don't think you people give a damn if people order from you or not that's what I think and that is very sad

When I went to pickup my order, the short stubby blonde woman was literally SCREAMING at these visibly young kids that looked to be hustling minutes before. It seems every time. I don't review often but when this was happening the two additional times I went in there almost the exact same thing was occurring. Treating your employees like humans is essential to successfully running a business.

When I put do not knock on the door it’s for a reason. So when you knock and then still drop it off and run and cause chaos in the house, it’s really irratating. 4 th time this has happened

It’s always “ready to be picked up” on the website but when I get there it’s still cooking every time. No reason to lie to make your store look like you’re getting orders out on time; when in reality it’s always a wait no matter what! Idk why I even give try’s after try….

While waiting for my food, I watched the employees touch their clothes, keyboards, their faces, and other foods with no gloves on. The only time I saw anybody wash their hands was after I said something about cross contamination. That makes for an unsanitary workplace and does not take into account any bacteria that could transfer from an item to their hands to the food.

I first started ordering Domino’s Pizza in Ponca City around 1986/1987. I worked at Kmart and the Domino’s was right next-door. Fast forward nearly 40 years later, and I ordered a large New York crust pepperoni pizza last night from Domino’s in Ponca City. Although it is no longer in the same location, it is still every bit as good as I was back then. Many people may not think that a franchise pizza can be as tasty as a mom and pop offbrand pizza place. That may be true for many franchises, although the dominoes in Ponca City has kept their quality great, throughout the years. Thank you, Domino’s!
