Our crispy chicken was freshly cooked, not taken from under heat lamps like other similar restaurant.

Barely anyone working there today was seeing my grandparents today they wanted Freddy’s I got to say not the best experience they forgot my grandmas shake didn’t store it properly so it melted I was suppose to have pickles on my sandwich didn’t have them on there and my drink was wrong and the manager and a little blonde girl had attitude being rude the little blonde girl told me well you don’t need the spoon and straw it’s melted I use to work there and yet I’m a customer and they did not treat me like one lucky I was professional and wasn’t rude back and even more lucky my grandma wasn’t there she would’ve raised hell on the manager and little girl who forgot her shake

I've been to better Freddy's and got treated a whole lot better. I went in with my granddaughter and her best friend with a $30 gift card. We were told there was nothing on the gift card by the manager who treated us like we were pond scum and didn't belong there. If it was just me, I would have gone to the one in Derby but the girls were hungry, so we went outside in the heat, sat in the car, made an order on the app which acknowledged my $30 gift card, got our food and went home. It'll be a while before I go back to Freddy's at Ponca again.

Our first visit to the Ponca City Freddy's was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were impressive and the food was delicious. We will be back and recommend it to others.
