Food was served on paper plates and was told they only had legs. Food was terrible and customer service was awful. Will never be returning. We paid $30 for the two of us and ended up getting food that looked like it would have been someoneās school lunch .

The GM David was nice he asked questions why we came. The food was better than expected and very quick loved the corn nuggets. Your Roasted is also good but your Tenders are the best and this Lucky 13 add 4 sides let me tell you love it. Weāre glad your back keep up the good work you got a good crew and a GM.

Drive thru attendant could not get the order correct even after the 10 patient minutes I gave her. Food is very good but staff need better training.
Your prices are highly unjustified. If you ever wonder why on earth you are never busyā¦ the cost of a FAMILY MEAL WITH NO SIDES is outrageous. Ordering chicken and sides would cost $100 to pick it up not have delivered to feed a family of six and my children arenāt teenagers. I canāt imagine the latter! Honestly grateful KFC was much more reasonable and Iām looking forward to NOT having an upset stomach after eating their food!

Did not put the gravy in a bowl and it spilt all over my food worst golden Chick Iāve ever ate at. Definitely not coming back again. And gravy all in the bag and only 2 napkins. Horrible place to get take out at. Do not recommend. I would like a refund but Iām not coming back to Ponca for a week

Iām mostly vegetarian. Every once in a while I allow myself a nice piece of fish. Golden Chick in Ponca for catfish - bad idea. I got fish and fries that looked like theyād been sitting under a heat light all afternoon.
Meet the new owner. Super chill guy. Found out he is a disabled vet! Food was hot and tasted on point! So much better than before it shut down with the previous owner.

Terrible!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! I paid extra money for extra items I didn't get! I didn't get the complete family meal or rolls with it!!!! Nothing but poor laziness an nasty people who own an manage an work there! This place is absolutely horrific!! DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FROM HERE!

They were out of multiple menu items (including basics like buns and gravy), to the point I felt very sorry for the staff that had to explain the menu limitations to each customer. We cobbled together a meal with what was left available, and the food was OK. But at 6ish on a Saturday evening with so many items out of stock, they should have closed their doors until their food was restocked.
