Basic fast food restaurant that have great chicken strips and wonderful rolls. I ordered the bone in fried chicken. I was offered to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken, which I should have.

Me and my boyfriend went for a quick lunch and the service was absolutely amazing. Food came out super fast. Everybody was super friendly. Great vibes all around!
This was the worst meal my tenders were gresey my fries I could not eat socked in grease I will never go there

Online is says it opens at 10:30....I showed up at 10:25 and there wasn't one car in parking lot. Then at 10:28 an employee shows up and goes inside. Now if ur supposed to open at 10:30 and ur barely showing up at 10:28?....no thanks. I went somewhere else. I wanted to get some fish but u know grease is going to take a minute to heat up....

The guy working at the drive thru was being totally rude , because I nicely asked him to replace a drink, and I asked him if he replaced the cup.
Food was inedible and staff was extremely rude. Won't be back. I filled out the contact form only to be called a few moments later by a young man who, ultimately rose his voice to me, was overly hostile, and was extremely argumentative. He threatened to "ban" me from the restaurant because he didn't like the criticism. The food was so bad, my dog wouldn't eat it. He said that he was tired of people lying on his store, effectively calling me a liar. My husband ended the call and a few moments later, the employee said hanging up on him was rude and he told his district person who was not happy. The Ponca City store deleted the facebook post he made on their page. Would not recommend, and there is so much more to this story.

I didn’t want to cook today so I thought golden chick would be ok and I was wrong, the chicken was cold I asked for Mac and cheese and they was out of it, and our rolls were stiff and cold! I’m upset cause that was almost $40 down the drain! The ok boy thing hot was the okra and it tasted like they need to change their grease !

This is the worst catfish I have ever tasted. I usually like the catfish there but it was not fresh. I called but they refused to make it right. The guy in charge was very rude. No wonder they don't have business they serve food that has sit under the heat lamp all day. Then they don't make it right.

No one was in line when we entered and place not busy. One table was occupied in the lobby. Ordered 6-piece Chicken Tender meal with Okra. Chicken was not at all fresh and could have been cooked longer. Okra was better. No soft drinks as the machine was out of order. Bottled water only. The order was incorrect as my wife didn't get her Okra. Staff seemed annoyed when I went back to the counter. However, there were no other customers at the counter and the drive thru wasnt busy. I'm not at all impressed and likely won't go back.
