Whatever you do, avoid working for Eugene Ybarra. He is located at the Dallas plant and is by far, the worst manager/supervisor. He treats his fellow employees with zero respect. Demands an unattainable amount of work and will tell you to your face that he made up his mind about you a long time ago. A huge number of employees from various Hiland plants seem to complain about Eugene often. Most say that no one in the company truly respects him because he is awful to work with. However, no one wants to stand up to him. Save yourself the time and energy and just avoid this place altogether.
