Order pizza from this place for the very first time very specific on what could and could not be on the pizza one person took the order when the order was delivered finally to the car 45 minutes later it was wrong I called twice to try to pay for my order and whoever was inside of the restaurant just laid the phone down with the speaker on and I could hear everything they were saying which wasn't good we have one kid that is allergic to peppers so they did not get to eat we had to go get them something else for a different restaurant when I went back I called sat out in the parking lot again I had a rewards card that had no chip in it so I did not think it could be used to reimburse and order and the man that was on the phone was a real smart ass his attitude was bad about the refund it was his attitude and demeanor that made me upset I will never go back for another order of pizza at that place and I have to drive back to Oklahoma for my refund he was very rude and very inappropriate don't waste your time waiting for orders that are wrong and eating at this place

I recently ordered from here, and while the food was garbo, my experience was also soured by poor customer service. When I called with a simple question, an employee named Marco was surprisingly rude and dismissive. His tone was impatient, and he cut me off mid-sentence. It’s disappointing when a business doesn’t uphold basic courtesy, especially when customer interaction is so important. I won’t be ordering again based on how I was treated. Respect matters just as much as taste, if not more.

I ordered a triple pep magnifico and i was so disappointed. I normally love this place and buy often but this time my pizza was so dry! No sauce anywhere and just cheese and pep with a side of greese. All i was getting was dried cheese pulls. I live 35 mins outside of town so i couldnt go back, That order killed it for me. Love the staff tho and everyone is super nice. Even management. I was just reallu disappointed esp for such a pricey pizza. I have gotten it before and never had issues Im adding to my review because i am also a delivery driver. Please give your drivers proper eta. I waited for over 20 minutes for a pizza and i was told it would be 15. Not only that but ot was never put in! I just left

Service was perfect ? from beginning to end. Restaurant and the kitchen were spotless. The only issue I had was I wish the cheese sticks were less crunchy and more melty.
