I had come 8 minutes late for breakfast and still made me a bacon egg cheese biscuit. Staff was friendly
Service was fast. I didn't ask my wife how it was but must had been ok.

Parking: I ride a bike so I park literally right by the door

They are slower and always have a ton of people pull over to the side after you order. I myself wouldn't go here again. The people aren't rude, they just seem, like their always dumbfounded when you have a problem.

They got our food wrong again. Waited in line for a long time. Ask them to verify, load for an extra Mac sauce and it's all wrong when we get home. They don't answer the phone we called the 1800 number

Including two separate experiences within the last week…
Had a big job at work so decided to order breakfast burritos for everyone. Ordered 16 burritos and received 5 hot sauces. Clearly not enough sauce.
Tonight I ordered two spicy McChickens. The cashier was rambling on how it was kind of crazy and that the truck should be coming in. That was all that was said. I get home to two dry spicy McChickens, no lettuce or mayo. I understand things happen but honesty is key. If you are out of something please let the customer know. It’s more frustrating to get home with the food and have things missing than to be upfront about it.

I am not even kidding when I say this. I ordered a bigmack meal and 2 apple pies and 2 strawberry cream pies, the first time it was delivered they forgot the WHOLE bigmack and some of the pies, I didn't care to much about the pies but how do you miss a whole burger especially the bigmack? I proceeded to call door dash since McDonald's doesn't want to answer the phone at all and ask them for a redelivery, I figure they would get it right this time but no! 40 minutes later of waiting for the order to get here THE BURGER IS MISSING AGAIN. It isn't the door dashers fault it's McDonald's cuz what the hell. 🤦

Went to get 2 large fries and they tasted overcooked and old, I also bought a large Dr.Pepper that tasted flat. I tried calling but no one would answer the phone!! This place has gone down hill for sure!!!!

If you don’t like your job then quit. Sunday night was absolutely terrible. Staff showed no care and did not inform majority of the ingredients were out. Food was obviously old and cold. I cannot wait for whataburger to open up to put these bums out of the job. Maybe put the littlest of care into your job and you’ll be a better person.

Maybe if the owners and corporate franchise issuers would pay their employees better, I could expect to get the right drink when I hit the drive through. Unfortunately, neither their corporate overlords or franchisee sellout pay their employees enough to make that happen. I don't want it made right, frankly, I've had enough. My tax money props their entire industry up and they can't even pay their employees enough to get orders correct.
