Worste service possible for a McDonald's. We ordered meals and only got the fries and that was after we had waited an hour. And if also noone pays attention to the front counter so if they missed something or you need your drink cups or anything else you may as well accept your waiting another 10 minutes cause they will look at your not not care or ask if you need anything. And there's always a drink out at the fountain.

pulled up to order and was greeted rudely, went to pay for my food and wasn’t greeted AT ALL, during my order i asked for my cookies to be made fresh and was let known about the wait (which i told her i was fine with), then when i got my food the cookies were cold(not freshly made) and the nuggets i purchased as well were 100% more than an hour old. DO NOT RECOMMEND PONCA CITY MCDONALDS and most likely will never order from there again.

I ordered two spicy McChickens plain add cheese and a 10-piece nugget I got home and they had given me a Big Mac and two cheeseburgers plain so I went back up there and told them the issue they said they would correct it they gave me the 10-piece properly but the spicy McChickens had everything on it so I pulled back around and let them know it was messed up again they told me they'd fix it again I got my food got back home believing they would have got it correct on the third attempt but they gave me McChickens plain add cheese and not spicy McChickens plain add cheese.

Sharon with DoorDash never delivered my order. I even tipped her $5 which was $2 more than they suggested. This is robbery. You pay for food and they never delivered it. So her and her Crackhead friends probably ate it. Please don't use Sharon with DoorDash. $28 down the drain

Today I went to get a happy meal ordered a sprite…(the screen didn’t show my order). Paid at the first window then proceeded to the second window where I was being handed an apple juice. I told the gentleman I ordered a spirit and said “well it says apple juice, that’s what you paid for” I told him it was a mistake I asked for sprite, I would like to pay for a sprite and just looked at me holding apple juice still trying to hand it to me ignoring the fact that I was willing to pay for sprite as if there was a difference.
