Stopped here to get coffee because of the amazing reviews. The shop itself was very cute but the girl behind the counter was unfriendly and the coffees we ordered were lacking in flavor and the espresso shots were bitter and dead.

Yeah, you need to go here! Great food, fresh and so good. Good strong fountain drinks! Great Service! What is not to like? Give them a try. We go to the Perk and Provisions when we are in Ponca City and you should too! Nice people!

Atmosphere and drink were very good - nice, bright, open and modern feeling. The rice bowl was good as well, but the rice was undercooked so only 4 stars for that.

Nice spot to sip a Chai latte and get some work done. Ruben was great. Wish they had healthier breakfast and sandwich options though.

My husband and I came to this shop as a recommendation since we are from out of town. We were unaware of the time it closed, and arrived shortly before two. When we were ordering the woman behind the cash register was extremely unpleasant. She did not greet us, did not smile, and it seemed like she didnāt even want to be serving us. You donāt have to speak to someone to communicate how you feel; itās called BODY LANGUAGE. And hers was coming off as she would rather be anywhere else than serving us. My son was with us and kept pointing at the ducks they have on display (you get one with a drink for a dollar) and I asked her if I could have a duck for my son and she seemed reluctant and very off put (maybe she just hates kids). She said I had to buy a drink and I told her we would order a drink. My husband and I were having a difficult time with our son so while I ordered my husband took him, and I told her that my husband would come up to order his drink afterwards. She just stared at me. After our food & drink was delivered, I went back up to order my husbands coffee, and when I started to order the same unpleasant woman behind the register looked at me and in a VERY rude flat tone said, āI already pulled the drawer. We close at two.ā I was unaware of the time this store closed and was not informed by the VERY unpleasant woman serving me at the time I was ordering, nor when I said Iād be up again to purchase another drink. Either these people hate kids or they just expect their customers to be out of their store right at 2. I didnāt even feel welcome to use the restroom before I left, but when I did the two women (including the rude one) did not even say, āThank you,ā or, āHave a nice day.ā Maybe the owners should change the store hours to 1 pm so their employees can be done at 2 since it seemed like ordering 10 minutes before close was so offensive. And maybe the owner should also put a sign up saying that the place isnāt kid-friendly since it seemed like giving my child a cheap $1 toy duck was a headache! Maybe the owner should just find friendlier employees! Either way, I donāt recommend this place!
Edit to ownerās response: It wasnāt a personal attack, it was my experience with your shop. My kid was so happy and excited to see those ducks and she just STARED at him looking annoyed, did not even smile. Heās just a kid! And I had to ask more than once to purchase one. So if someone is going to act that way towards my kid Iām going to assume they donāt like them! I stand by my first review. Iām glad youāll use this as a learning experience to do better!

Perfect light filled seating near the window. I ate my food while reading a book and didn't even need a light. The flatbread I ordered was quite good; cheese lovers would enjoy it for sure. Next time I come I will try a salad or one of the wraps.
Vegetarian options: Nothing for vegans, unless you ask them to remove the cheese from the veggie sandwich. But I suspect they would work with you.
Parking: Parked right in front.
