Gave me someone elses order, went to fix it. And they did not do anything? I work in food service so im usually pretty lenient and nice but these people seemed so bad at their job. Food was terrible. “Cheese sticks” tasted like plastic, pizza was just pizza. And the breadsticks were so bad im convinced they forgot to season them. Waste of 15$

We got carryout pizza. Pizza was delicious. We had just come from bowling and we're out of town, so we sat in their parking lot and ate, and the workers left us alone and let us eat. I'd eat here again.
Best pizza place in town! Staff super sweet me and my son went in and ate Joanna was super quick and nice always had a smile Manager Kayla came around and checked on food quality and how we was doing! Very clean & amazing experience for me and my little definitely our favorite hang out restaurant!! 10/10 Highly recommend ?

I waited at the drive up window while the employees visited with friends in the car in front of me. The car finally drove off without any order so they were not customers. Worst service ever.
Parking: Drive up window blocked by vehicle with employees friends while they talked and visited with each other while I waited to drive up to get my order.
On a Thursday night. I waited 1 hour and 15min. For delivery. I live in a town you can drive across in 5min. So they said they had thee orders ahead of me. So that's 25 mins an order. Never again !!!!!!!!! The Pizza was cold when it arrived late.

The associate that took my friends order acted like my friend was incompetent and hung up on him mid order. This establishment is garbage. You're way, if it's our way?? Pizza Hut is trash. From top to bottom. Hope the wages stay low and the turnover high.

Disappointing. Ordered 2 pizzas and had to scrape off most of the sauce. Very little toppings or cheese. I've always felt Ponca Pizza Hut skimps on cheese and toppings but I keep hoping they'll be like Blackwell, Alva, or Fairview. Waited 19 years and they still aren't comparable. As for service, they didn't cook our pizzas together. One was out and in the box warmer, other was just going in the oven. App said they were both ready for pickup. I'll try them again next year, I guess.
