It shouldn't take 4 trips to get an order right. It wasn't a large order, 1 pizza, 1 order of wings, 1 salad and 2 waters.

The only reason this got two stars is because the food was really good. I went to pick up from the window and the guy got visibly upset when I didn’t tip with my transaction. And slammed the window closed in my face while I was saying thank you. I will be going to dominos next time.

Tired to place an order over the phone the individual who answered the phone was unable to enter my number correctly after 3 minutes of trying to get him to do that I hung up and placed an order online. Same individual gave my food to someone else. The level of not caring at this Pizza Hut is off the charts. When I asked the guy if he doesn’t care he said “not really” then I unfortunately engaged in an argument with him. I am at fault for that

Extremely hostile and unwelcoming to say the least. As I walked in, a gentleman stared me down ,from when I reached the door to the counter. I asked him if everything was OK he informed it was good as he corrected his hat and continued to stare me down to the extent that I felt that I should leave the facility due to the hostile nature. I called back and asked for the general manager’s name she called me back ( hostile annd extremely unprofessional) and informing me that I misinterpreted the situation. If you can’t staff it properly (which you clearly can’t by you manager statement ) then close it down .

Gave me someone elses order, went to fix it. And they did not do anything? I work in food service so im usually pretty lenient and nice but these people seemed so bad at their job. Food was terrible. “Cheese sticks” tasted like plastic, pizza was just pizza. And the breadsticks were so bad im convinced they forgot to season them. Waste of 15$

This place is laughably bad, gave me the wrong order i went in super respectful and they didnt do anything about it. Waited 10 minutes for a cold not fully cooked pizza. All the employees at the front seem incompetent
The bathroom was disgusting it looked dirty and smelled like a portapottie that had been sitting th the desert for a month the pizza looked like it was just thrown by a angry toddler

We got carryout pizza. Pizza was delicious. We had just come from bowling and we're out of town, so we sat in their parking lot and ate, and the workers left us alone and let us eat. I'd eat here again.
Best pizza place in town! Staff super sweet me and my son went in and ate Joanna was super quick and nice always had a smile Manager Kayla came around and checked on food quality and how we was doing! Very clean & amazing experience for me and my little definitely our favorite hang out restaurant!! 10/10 Highly recommend ?

I waited at the drive up window while the employees visited with friends in the car in front of me. The car finally drove off without any order so they were not customers. Worst service ever.
