I tried to order, but the kiosk wouldn't work. I asked the car hop for help.She was not able to help and didn't have any ideas on how to place an order.

10 min for a large dr.pepper with only 3 cars in the parking lot .. our sonic sure has gone down hill and is nothing like it used to be not to mention the food is always wrong or cold. Very disappointed

Worse Sonic in Ponca City by far. Waited an hour for 3 drinks. The screen said someone was coming out to deliver said drinks (20mins after arrival)...30mins after that, no one came. I pushed the red button incase they forgot. Then I was told in a rude remark "they were busy" which I can understand up to a point; but the rudeness and then having the display say someone is coming and they do not. Waited a full hour still nothing I left emptied handed. Got a refund from the site. GO TO THE SONIC ON SOUTH 14th! That is the best Sonic in Ponca hands down. Do not waste your time at Hartford the kids like to mess around instead of actually working on the orders.

Ordered pickle fries, which were very good., but I didn't really understand the need for the straw that my carhop gave to me. Have to admit, that was a little confusing!!
I added sausage to a breakfast burrito and they charged me for an extra one.

The staff is friendly, the food and drinks are delicious and enjoyed the atmosphere!
Parking: At times all of the stalls are full, but if you have a spare minute or two, a stall will become available!
Kid-friendliness: I've always seen the children smiling! ?
Wheelchair accessibility: I've often seen people come into a stall operating an electric wheelchair. ????

ordered two junior burritos for my four year old, a ultimate meat and cheese burrito for myself. The Meat and cheese burrito was the same size as the juniors.
Kid-friendliness: whacky packs are good for my picky 4 year old.
The blast machine was not working, so we had shakes instead. They were lukewarm at best. The service was good.
