The service is really good, and the car ops are really nice CJ, the GM, is also really nice The food tastes great, but around 3-4 hours later, my stomach started hurting after I ordered CC (chilli cheese) Fries, CC Chicken bites, and CC cheddar bites Other than that, I really liked the service and the atmosphere The drinks me and my friend's drinks were really good though

My carhop was very polite. He was fast and very efficient without losing that welcoming and gracious attitude!! The food was delicious as always and they are definitely the drinkmasters of Ponca City!!! Thank you everyone!!!
I ordered a breakfast burrito not the super sonic but the all meat one they put one little piece of meat on it I'm still their I ask for manager he comes out to car I explain the problem he says no problem we will make u another one this time I get no meat ha ha you all think yr funny I'm going to Corp

I would suggest you go to the one on hartford. I got a super sonic breakfast burrito. It wasnt rolled properly and the egg was all 1 piece. Like they poured egg on a grill and flipped it over like a pancake, and put the entire thing in the burrito. It had 2 tator tots and no cheese. Wont ever come here again because as im writing this review, i am at the sonic on hartford having an amazing meal

I ordered 2 ft long chilli cheese Coney'sA large tator tot and a pretzel. My total was $17.30 I went to pay but had only limited funds on my card and the rest was in cash. When I told him that I had to split the payment he said that they can't. I gave the food back and apologized. But what broke my heart was watching them throw my fresh hot order of food in the trash in front of my face. That hurt really bad ?

My experience with this sonic on 5th and Hartford hasn't always been great, for some reason we have had a lot of bad experiences at this location, missing food, wrong things delivered to our vehicle, over cooked items a lot, customer service has always been decent though. It is however a fast food establishment and like any other you get what you get.
