We weren't too hungry and the three of us decided to split a 3 way chicken, fish, shrimp combo with fries. Also got an order of fried battered mushrooms. Everything was excellent including the service. The shrimp was absolutely the best fried shrimp I've ever eaten. Cudos to the chef.Really first rate.

Sat down at a table hoping to get a bite to eat next to the bar. Maybe 5 people at the bar so not busy at all. Had couple staff members in and out at the end of the bar next to my table. No one acknowledged inwas there. 15 min and I got up and left so I guess this review is on the service and not the food because I wouldn't know

We stopped at the casino on the way to visit family in Ponca City. The casino is small, but nice. The Salted Fork provided good Oklahoma food. The fried mushrooms were particularly good. There is a special each day. The Sunday Blue Plate Special was a chicken fried steak with fried okra and smashed potatoes. The okra was also very good, the steak not so much (a bit over fried). Service was very good. We would return to the restaurant if visiting the casino again. .

The service was good. The Chicken Fried Steak was good. The atmosphere was fun and festive. The place was clean.

Well sometimes the food here is great and sometimes not as great. I think it used to be better in the past. Maybe it is the cooks? The coffee is however most of the time very good and strong. Drinks are free by the way

They don't even deserve one star!! Short staffed! Dirty table, and please stay away from the Prime Rib special! I've never in my life left Prime Rib on my plate and tonight we left three plates with chewy meat left over!! Will not be going back and I don't recommend for those that enjoy eating good food!!

Unfortunately, my review is quite sub par. My family all ordered meatloaf. I ordered a Cobb salad. The meatloaf was dry...it didn't taste like hamburger. At all. The gravy was so salty that I couldn't finish the bite my sister gave me to see if I agreed. Folks I salt lemons and eat them, and the gravy was too salty? Lives up to the name salted fork. Haha We asked the server for sweet tea and a lot of lemons for my mom. Unsweetened tea was provided and no lemons. We asked again for lemons and she brought out 3 wedges. I literally had to go to the bar for lemons, because the server wouldn't provide them. We asked for extra napkins. Two were provided. There were 4 of us eating. My mom asked for 57 sauce being her meatloaf was so dry, and she was provided with a bottle that didn't have enough to serve one, much less the table. The onion rings tasted like you ate display onion rings. They looked fantastic, but had no flavor at all. My Cobb salad was pretty tasty, but the grilled chicken was dry and tasted like it was a few days old. A manager passed by and asked how we liked it. We politely expressed our concern about it. He took the 3 meatloafs off of our ticket. Our server came out with the adjusted ticket of $12.50 and we paid a $20 and let her keep it. She was nice enough, but it seems like her bosses must tell her to provide the minimum when guests request it, because we didn't get our stuff with enough to work for the whole table. It was very disappointing. The pictures I posted show it all.

Salted fork needs to add a menu in yelp. Meals were good, but it would be helpful to know what the daily specials are.
