Some of the most ignorant and rudest fast food employees that you'll ever encounter. The line of people needing their food remade was about as long as the line to order, I had ordered on the app before I got there and it took 10 minutes to get an employee to even acknowledge me so I could get checked in.
First, the burger was outstanding! The only negative was the drive thru - we didn't know that if you're in the right lane someone will come out to your car for payment and to deliver your food. We actually drove around the building figuring it out. Like I said though, the burger was one of the best I've ever had.
Whataburger, a proud Texas-born trademark, has built its legacy on legendary hospitality and fresh, blazing-hot fries a Texas standard that should never be compromised. Yet this location allowed that legacy to crumble on impact the moment service began.
