I have been coming to this McDonald’s for several years and today was my last. The Manager made me feel terrible about using curbside and said why didn’t you use the drive through making my employees walk out here in the cold. If you don’t want me using curbside then take away the app.
The most horrible in McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. They're rude and don't even try to offer you something to replace. What they do not have and can't seem to not put something online whenever it's supposedly broke all of the time. Mcdonald's need to get their stuff together.This is sad.Excuse for our restaurant

Order was right, but customer service is dead. No greeting no communication just an open window handing you a bag and closing the window.
We didn't eat there because they did not have Angus burgers. I don't eat anything else there.
I asked for Honey Mustard and got NONE!!!
NO Napkins either. How am I suppose to eat in the car?!!!! Damn it!!!!! It’s in the middle of the freeway and no way to turn back.

There customer service in the lobby is atrocious. Ignored when you just want to place an order. When someone does show up to take your order, their still talking other employees about nonsense. No greeting, just cold indifference
I know Crystal is 45 years old, I know the lady with glasses is 38 years old. I know McDonald's will survive this one bad review. After 10 minutes waiting up front they still don't know my order, or even care.

My biscuit was fresh and correct as ordered.

Was there to just purchase coffee. There was no person at the front counter. After about 15 minutes they saw me from in the kitchen, they asked “what do you want?” They didn’t give be me the option to not have whipped cream on the top.

They where very irritated when I ask if there was anyone that could take my order. I don't believe that it is my job to take my order. I shouldn't have to compromise and have to do it myself. I Do NOT get paid to order food myself!
