Food tasteless, I'll see if the dog will eat it 🤷♂️
No refills or attempt to make eye contact by manager or anyone else. Talked to 1 employee and she ignored me flat out
Don’t go here if you have cash or prefer to not converse with a computer. We were repeatedly ignored by staff while waiting to order. When we asked when we would be able to order, she pointed to the kiosks and said order there. I asked her which one takes cash(knowing they don’t) and she just gave me the “You’re SOL” shoulder shrug. McDonald’s is quickly forgetting they are in the service industry. 3 of us that were in line left after this interaction.
Very rude people working the counter, cashier got a attitude when I told her wanted a shake, she told me that they have never had shakes which is a complete lie.
It's what you expect
Gross!! No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. 4 soap dispensers and not one single one works. Told an employee and they don't even care...Think about this when an employee leaves the stall and goes right back to the kitchen to touch your food!!
What can be said....its Mcdonalds.
Everything about the store was as it should be. Including the staff
They gave me ice cold fries that were not cooked, handed me just my burger through the window and when I opened it it had a huge hole through the meat like someone had stuck there finger through it, and didn't give me my coke at all- all because I had ordered 4 strawberry pies, took 1 off, and then at the last minute went ahead and added it back on. So sure maybe that was annoying but they completely messed up my food over it.

2-8-2025 food was great the place was clean. The rudest lady Crystal works up front.... this lady is a real jerk.
I had breakfast and ordered via the drive thru. Angel works the drive thru and has a sweet voice and a great smile. She needs a promotion! The drive thru flowed smoothly and my order was ready when I got to the 2nd window. The female employee that handed me my order also had a great smile and very welcoming. My sausage egg McMuffin and sausage egg biscuit was perfect. Great job McDonald’s on the turnpike and I very much appreciate the outstanding customer service
