We were offered a invite for a slot tournament. It was a disaster and poorly organized and of course we lost lots of money. We had not been to the casino since Jan 1st 2023 and re decided it would be fun. It was NOT and I donated over 3 K again to this can;t win casino. I could go on but it seems no one wind there.

Worthless business. I have gambled here for years, bought many meals, fueled my truck up many many times, stayed the night, etc. Went to the casino gas station and used their ATM to get a $20. Asked the cashier if she could break it into two tens. She said no and that I had to buy something very rude I will add. To use the ATM you pay a $4 transaction fee. I guess that's not enough money for them. Anyway, given this transaction, it dawned on me that this place isn't worth your time it they can't even do a simple courtesy like breaking a $20 bill after years of business.

The casino is not Smokey, but the buffet is horrible. The food was cold and over priced! We tried the meats and all cold. The baked potatoes old from sitting. Not worth the high price! The casino was nice and friendly.

My wife and I love staying at this Hotel/Casino, we try to go 2-4 times a year. Hotel rooms always clean and everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping are always nice. Casino is always pretty clean, sometimes it takes a while to get a drink at the tables but this is all dependent on time & day, dealers are always helpful in finding someone. Always seem to have a good variety of table games open & my wife always enjoys the variety of slots. Biggest plus to this place (besides gambling) is has a great center bar & also their is good evening bands/ entertainment on the weekends at the casino sports bar area. This place has good food also and just an all around good/fun atmosphere. (Limited menu since Covid but still good) Snack/deli place is decent too, only eaten at buffet for breakfast which was good and few years ago ate at steakhouse which was good but not worth the money in my opinion & I like good steaks. Overall this is a fun, great place to visit and we have always had good experiences in both hotel and casino over the past 4-5 years. Hard to find weekend rooms this summer but we got booked a Saturday- Monday trip beg. of June, Excited to return!

We went to the casino for a concert. The concert staff members were rude and the concert venue was standing only. The staff in the casino restaurants were not much better. It was nearly impossible to get a drink in the casino or at the concert. We won’t be back.

Really great experience at this Indian run gaming facility. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the food was wonderful. Ate at the Oakroom and we got one large steak for two, and it was plenty for an older couple. The steak was great. In fact my friend commented it was the best steak he had eaten in a while and we normally got to Ruth Chris. At every turn, there was someone willing to help to make sure the stay was pleasant. My friend likes to gamble and he won a little money so he was happy. Would love to go back for a full weekend and enjoy the spa, this was a stop for business before a meeting. Relaxed, quiet, felt safe, just all around pleasant experience and worth the efforts. Great ‘get away place’ for a weekend. I would go back again and I’m very picky. The vibe is cabin lake rustic.

As much money as they rake in and their payouts have went way down, They offer incentives for people to win prizes till midnight but then run out by 2 when I would have won atleast 2 prizes but got nothing

We go to downstream at least 2 times a week if not more. We spend at least 100 or more each time and never win a thing. Haven't been given any free play or hotel rooms in at least 3 years. Not even a discounted room. The most downstream has compd is a free buffet. And the food is awful. It didn't use to be but the past couple times were gross. And the buffet is dirty. Poor quality food not worth eating. It's a shame that such a nice casino is losing patrons due to all of the above. When we can drive 20 miles to a 0kace that gives us free play every week no matter what. Downstream should consider comping rooms to those that gamble there regularly.

Downstream Casino is a good place to gamble. This was my first visit to Downstream Casino, and the players club sign-up was fast and convenient. There are countless slots throughout the casino, and numerous table games. I had a good experience, and would return in the future.
Toilet paper in the bathrooms hurt. Nice place tho, bathrooms are really nice everything is beaustiful but the toilet paper hurts a little and is dry. Figured it would be better but I mean it’s toilet paper it doesn’t matter

someone brings me back cupcakes from here, but they are the worst cupcakes. i think they are previously frozen, cause they are always very dry. 2 stars off for that. i can't speak for other items though
