The lady in the drive-thru was very rude, She got my order wrong and then tried telling me that I said something different now they had to throw the food away because of my order was wrong and what I said was wrong on what I wanted on what they made. When four people in the car heard what I said. Clearly she needs a hearing aid. And also needs to be fired from the way that she treats her customers through the drive-thru
My husband brought me and my son and himself home some food from this establishmentand the manager lady was snotty and very obtuse. They completely messed up the order and when confronted about it, she had an attitude and said it wasn't her fault!! It took 20 minutes to correct the whole order, for a total of 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches!!!! THEN!!WE ALL 3 GOT FOOD POISONING!!! It was HORRIBLE! Normally I love Wendy's, and I'm all about understanding the food industry and how sometimes they get treated poorly for reasons out of their control. Not this time. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's. Plus they were not wearing gloves ?? disgusting and nasty.
