I waited in the drive through for 12 minutes and started asking fr my money backand it toon another 5 minutes to get my money and no food. If I had waited for the food it woud have been a couple hours I guess...never again will I go to any Wendy'
I wish I could rate higher....I want to thank the manager for letting me order the spicy Asiago chicken sandwich at 730 in the morning. She is the epitome of customer service. Not everyone wants breakfast for breakfast, especially truckers that drive nights. You won't be able to order burgers during breakfast since they would have to clean the grill before and after to prevent cross contamination. Thanks again, I will be saving this location amd be sure to stop here again next...read full review

I ordered a kids meal and wanted a frosty for the drink. The drive-through attendant told me the frosty machine is down. So I get to the window and see this (see pic). How will the promo be honored when the frosty machine is not working?
