Beware ! I was traveling through Oklahoma for my daughter’s soccer game and stopped here for lunch. The lady at the drive through was nice and friendly. She mentioned that the card reader was taking a long time that day. Well as we left Oklahoma and proceeded back to Texas, I was charged multiple times at different amounts to my card for Arbys. My fries were completely burnt to a crisp and inedible I was not given my dipping sauce with a French dip and swist's and I was not given my arby's sauce. I attempted to call the store and let them know and I spent 15 minutes with the phone ringing with no answer. We only eat out once or twice a month so I am beyond pissed about this.
I recommend you stop rationing the packets of Arby’s Sauce. A 5-packet maximum per order...really? Why?
