Sometimes it’s a wait… I just discovered Braums sauce and that’s a whole reason to go. Always the best spot to grab the milk you forgot too.

A few minutes ago my wife went through the drive-through for a milk shake. After an initial wait she started timing the order. When it finally arrived it had been 25 minutes, plus the initial wait time. So, after nearly 30 minutes the employee simply hands her the shake and turns away. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. The worst part? The shake was, by ice cream standards, practically warm, and the taste was "crappy".

It was the Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. Some extra wait time was not unreasonable. However, the overall lack of service and product quality was unreasonable.

Do better Braum's. Do better.

Very clean and hygienic and the food is always cooked perfect. Plus their staff is top tier. Especially one of them name

I eat here a lot. I mean a lot. The staff that serves me in the evening are usually teenagers. So believe me when I say there are off nights. But I love them kids. This is hands down the best Braum's anywhere close. I won't even try Sapulpa anymore.

The server was really rude and didn’t want to be there obviously, we told her that we wanted to take a coffee off and make it a water, I could tell by her body language that it upset her. Braums has good food, wish I could say that about the workers.

Just ran in for milk. Was able to check out quickly. There was no wait. Also got a strawberry malt, which was very good. See you in a couple of days (for milk)

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter and exit building. Isles are spacious enough to get around .
