So excited to have Chili's Grill & Bar in Sand Springs. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and I can't believe it but it was definitely the freshest chicken sandwich I've had. Very delicious. Paired it with French fries. Hit the spot. Try it for yourself.
4/5 times they can’t learn to stop putting cheese on a burger that’s ordered no cheese. Even when the ticket they place on the item has the instruction. So better never use door dash because they can never seem to follow the basic instruction

Poor service, food is much more expensive than it used to be. Server was not attentive in the slightest. We told him we were going to pay cash and asked for the check, he never came back, after waiting and waiting we ended up having to pay with card on the little table kiosk. The food was a dollar more on the ticket than what it was listed on the menu. it was $40 for 2 burgers with fries and 2 teas. Not including tip. The tea tasted soapy as well. It was just two years ago you could go to a restaurant like Chili’s and pay 25-30$ for two people to eat well. For a $40-50 bill I’d rather go somewhere worth that kind of money. So ridiculous. The black bean burgers were good but not worth that hefty price and poor service. Will not be coming back.

My fries were warm, like they were under a heat lamps for quite a while... My burger was extra greasy and not a lot of taste due to the grease. There was grease on the top of the bun too, I had to pat it up with a napkin...

We love having this small chili's in our little city. If you're out for a drink, the espresso martini or pineapple martini is a great choice.
