The waiters were good. They weren't very busy when we walked in but it took a little over hour to get our food. The only thing hot was the pancakes. We paid 75.00 and everything was cold. The drink prices are high for the size. They brought out my daughter's birthday ice cream before her dinner. I would have walked out but that is what my daughter wanted for her birthday.

Had a middle-of-the-night meal at IHOP. It was ok, the place was clean and the food was fresh. My friend ordered pancakes and they were small, he was disappointed and left hungry. I had a sampler and it was all ok, except my eggs (over medium) were undercooked. I poured the egg whites off the plate. Not good.

I will not be returning back to this location ever again. Ordered appetizers and never received it, took almost an hour to even get our food and as you can see my boyfriends steak looks like it's fresh off the cow I've never seen a steak so horribly done. Very disappointed. Our waiter did the best he could it's not his fault but the staff should really get a grip.

Worst IHOP experience ever! I was sat as a table of 1 and it took forever for someone to take my order. The waitress's were kind to a degree but very very unprofessional! There were groups of 3+ that arrived after AND ordered after me that got their food first.... AND then my food came out wrong after waiting literally forever... I was told to just pick everything off that was incorrect... Only thing that was fast and ready was my check so I could leave... I still tipped the poor girl who was my main waitress. Maybe she was new (?) maybe the kitchen was having issues (?) maybe everyone else's order was more important than mine (?)... I don't know. I should've went elsewhere or ate at home. Never again am I going to IHOP Sand Springs.

I visited this establishment this morning with my mother. Was seated at a table and sat there for twenty minutes. I asked two different employees for coffee and water. Two tables were seated after us and received water and coffee immediately. I walked out and was trying to calm down, I called back and the general manager was making excuses for his employees but only offered a 50% discount if I wanted to come back. I will never visit there again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESTAURANT.

To whom it may concern,Myself and my oldest friend King, who is 87 and just lost his wife, of 60 years recently entered the IHOP in Sand Springs. It's both our Birthdays this month, so we were celebrating with lunch. Almost 10 minutes goes by without even a Hello! Neither of us have patience for poor service, so we left, hungry. BTW, the time was 2:30 p.m., so few diners. The two waitresses completely ignored us. NEVER there!
