Once again, Frappe machine "broken"? I still try to always be kind and ask those at window how their day is going. This visit, manager at Pay Window (I was told her name was Elizabeth), literally shoved my card and receipt at me and slammed the window closed! The first employee i gave my card to was sweet, as was the man who handed me my order. The food was hot and fresh. But there is no reason for rude treatment or constant broken-down equipment.

The drive through people were nice, however, after driving home which is about 25 miles away with my take out, the Big Mac for my mom had been taken out of it and spit back out in place inside her box. Wow. Um, and there was no way to contact any one about it. Mailbox was full on voicemail. Tomorrow, I'll try. But.

Kids play place? Bit of a joke

Otherwise- it's just rude to give out cold food. Like honestly, it takes just one second to pay attention to your customers food and the presentation.

Even going in and requesting hot food, you give me food out of the warmer- is not warm.

Why am I buying food i have to wait to microwave at home?

Just rude.

Most inconsistent ice caramel coffee, but this is true at all McDonald’s. Please get as consistent as the rest of your menu.

i had a normal mcdonald’s experience, besides a very nasty employee in particular. there was a sweet lady who had some crochet items for sale and one employee was very interested and was very sweet to her, he even bought a stuffed animal. he went to the kitchen to tell everybody what she was selling, and this older employee, her name was Sierra i believe, proceeded to come out to the lobby, looked over the items and made a nasty face. she then made her way back to the kitchen where she loudly exclaimed that there was “nothing worth anything” and the lady should’ve been giving them out for free. this absolutely disgusted me, and as if that wasn’t annoying enough, i had an employee complain to a coworker that i asked her for a drink cup. she said loudly in my face “ok well that’ll be a minute” then proceeded to simply turn around and hand me a cup. i don’t know why i was treated with so much aggression. I believe the other employees name was Brad and he was extremely helpful and polite to all of the patrons.

I was in here earlier today with my family. One of the employees named sierra. I wanted to point out that she has a very bad attitude and was very off putting for everyone in the restaurant. There was one nice kind lady trying to sell her handmade crochet items, and everyone was given the chance to buy one and look at them. An older gentleman, (another employee) he bought a couple of them, and then went to tell the other employees about them. Sierra went to look at them and decided they were not worth her time. She proceeded to go into the kitchen and bad mouth this lady’s handmade product. She said “that crap is not worth $3” something about “looks like it should be free” I’m not sure. But the way she carried herself being hateful to customers and having a rude expression on her face. I just don’t appreciate it. I work in customer service and I know how customers are supposed to be treated. THAT is NOT it. She was talking very hateful to everyone in the kitchen and all the customers could hear her. But I want to shout out the older gentlemen “Brad” I think… he was so kind and nice to every guest. He deserves a raise.

I'm not sure why we paid $40 to reserve this room for a birthday party just to share the space with a room full of people and their unsupervised kids. We could have don't this for free. Don't pay for your birthday party here. Since we aren't the kind of people to be mean to other people's kids, the kids at our party ended up with one balloon between them. We don't have enough cupcakes to share. We could have just came in and grabbed a few tables for free.

Everything was good, I don't like McDonald's in general, which is why I only gave 4 stars.
If I liked McDonald's it would have been 5.
I just couldn't get into anywhere else in a hurry.

Came through for breakfast this morning. Ordered hotcakes and biscuits and gravy. No napkins! No butter! No syrup!!!! You can't even call them because they're phone goes to a voicemail. McDonald's will not be getting my money anymore!

I spent 30$ to feed 3 kids and 2 out of 3 orders were wrong we didn't even check bc they are usually great but we got home and 2 of my kids didn't even get to eat and with it being bef time I couldn't go back to fix it it's so frustrating how hard is it to cook food how it's ordered i repeated my order 2x and she even repeated it back correctly

I don't understand why every time I come to McDonald's it takes so long to get food not even just this particular location but this particular location is just worse than most of them. Like I went there at 2:30 in the morning after getting off of work and ordered two 10 piece night emails All that is is nuggets and fries okay I understand that they make them fresh but from the time I ordered to the time I got to the window didn't take that long but I sat at the window waiting after the employee had said all we're waiting on his nuggets for like 30 minutes it's so irritating every single time I go to this McDonald's it takes so long and I just don't understand why like I don't so I probably will not revisit this McDonald's again I will go find a location that has a little bit faster service because I've tried over and over again and this location is always slow no matter what time of day it is or other McDonald's but this McDonald's is bad at that particular thing
