Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. We placed a mobile order at 9:57 on 8/9, for curbside pickup. When we arrived to the restaurant there were 4 cars in the drive thru. Our 4 month old, became upset while waiting in the pickup spot so I rocked them until they fell asleep. I had enough time to change a diaper, rock our baby to sleep and buckle them back in the car, and we still had yet to go get our food. I decided to go inside and wait on our food, and when I went to open the door, the lobby was closed at 10:31, the lobby hours said they didn’t close till 11. Our food was just sitting waiting on their shelf, meaning no one was going to bring it out, I had to go in and get it. WHATS THE POINT OF CURBSIDE PICKUP? When I finally got our food, and got back to the car, I noticed we didn’t receive our Apple juice. So I had to go BACK inside and when the lady opened the door to ask what I needed, she said “You don’t have your Apple juice right?” I said “so you knew” and she said “yeah we don’t have apple juice we can get something else,” so why wasn’t that offered the first time I came in. I was tempted to ask for a manager, but she was busy making herself a Frappe because “she’s been there all day and is going home.” Save yourself the time, if you really want McDonald’s and go somewhere else!

This is the best place! The playground is awesome. All ages of kids can enjoy it. Today your associates were so wonderful. Brad came through with flying colors. He is definitely a 5 star employee! 🌟

Went thru the drive thru breakfast time on a Thursday. The woman handing out the food almost forgot our 2 hashbrowns and did forget the mild salsa for my breakfast burrito....I was bummed 😞

honestly i’d give 0 at this point. mold on my bread, my smoothie has full chunks of ice, and waited 15 minutes for the smoothie for it to me undrinkable. absolutely CRAZY.
