Once again, Frappe machine "broken"? I still try to always be kind and ask those at window how their day is going. This visit, manager at Pay Window (I was told her name was Elizabeth), literally shoved my card and receipt at me and slammed the window closed! The first employee i gave my card to was sweet, as was the man who handed me my order. The food was hot and fresh. But there is no reason for rude treatment or constant broken-down equipment.

Everything was good, I don't like McDonald's in general, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Brad was absolutely awesome. Very kind and very helpful. Came out quick and let us know that one of our orders couldn’t be completed, and asked what we’d like to substitute with. Meanless to say Brad will be the reason I come back to this
