They canceled my order after it was supposed to have arrived. I attempted to call the store but they would either hang up, put me on endless hold, or transfer me to the call center. I highly recommend using a different store!

!Warning for freebies! This has no complaint on service or food quality. FREE REWARDS no longer exist, even while still advertised. I have ordered for points thru the app for years. Now there is a 12 dollar minimum on the order alone to be eligible for delivery, which does NOT include delivery charge. All said and done there is almost NO difference between my 2 LG pizza order and 1 lg "free" pizza with the little things added to meet the minimum. Barely a discount and I'm positive they realize that you will go over the minimum almost no matter what combo you get, especially if there are few different things you like. This is false advertising, how's that for your minimum? Pizza hut became my go-to preference for years despite being more expensive in general and with this slap in the face, I'll be taking my business elsewhere whenever possible. Signed, no longer a customer by choice.

Consistently light/short on Italian Sausage topping across multiple visits. Frustrating, especially when clicking “Extra” online, and not receiving any more (read: less) than usual. It seems deliberate, considering how small the pieces and how thinly spread they are compared to other Pizza Huts. I hope this single bad review brings a full investigation and swift change.

Listen, I’m fat so I will eat pizza. But this ham pizza was so tasteless I couldn’t. The brownie desert was drier than a popcorn fart in July. I left a bad review and when manager called me they wouldn’t credit my card, just wanted to give me a coupon for another pizza. I don’t want any more of their food. So it didn’t work out. Just go to Tulsa to get Umertoes or Hideaway. Superior pizza

Wasn't completely happy with this place, but not being from this area and doing laundry a couple blocks away, I didn't want to venture far to get pizza or something resembling pizza.
There was a drive-thru so I pulled up. Apparently, it is not a drive thru but a pickup window for online orders. Okayyyyyy. Let me clarify I came through right when they opened. There was NO ONE in the drive thru or in the store itself- no one regarding customers. So the employee, Tiffany, explained she cannot take my order and fulfil it at the window. So, I went inside but before I pulled away from the window, I let her know what I would be ordering thinking ok she will start the order and I will come in, pay, and have a shorter wait. I entered the store and she genuinely acted like this was her first time interacting with me. I was like "Huh." So my order had not been started, I repeated the order, and sat there and waited. For the cheese sticks I ordered, I received THE smallest cup of marinara sauce (after asking for extra sauce), and no napkins, utensils, nothing. There were also no napkins or utensils in site for me to self serve/grab myself. I was frustrated to say the least. I just left.
The only saving grace for this place was that the store was very very clean.

Never heard from Pizza Hut customer service about my experience therefore rating went from 2 to 1. With how Pizza Hut is going down in popularity you would think corporate would want to salvage its reputation and keep customers satisfied.
