Thirty minutes to receive three drinks and a danish, after 25 minutes I approached the barista to ask about the status of our drinks , when another barista interuppted and asked my name on order, only then to tell me “well we are really busy, so” then left the counter after saying out loud she was going to scream at someone. Terrible experience coffees were fine

Needs to learn how to take more than one order at a time in the drive-thru. They should have 3 to 4 orders going at a time. Not one order and a line around the building.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only 1 out of about 6 workers were doing anything.

Went on a Saturday night, for a quiet date night place, we were the only people there. So that was nice. Not a lot of cushioned chairs, but one of the few places with outdoor seating in Sand Springs.

Paid for mobile order 10 min prior. Drive-thru attendant asked me on three different occasions what the name on the order was and was told "I don't see that order" followed by "sir you can't come to this window". ???So I parked and went inside.The lady up front walked up and paused then uttered "whatever" folliwed by "what do you need?". At this point I just wanted to get out of there with my order since I had paid for it. After explanation it ended up all the items were ready with the correct name on them.Customer service is lacking both at the drive thru and the front counter.

I asked for a venti Chestnut praline cappuccino. I received a grande. I asked the employee if this was a venti and she said no it's a grande. I asked what the cost of a vente Chestnut praline cappuccino was and she said, I don't know, but you were charged right. Then walked off. I didn't ask for a receipt. I took a couple of pictures. I always get whipped cream on top of my cappuccinos but as you can see there is not any whipped cream.

Every week this location is always out of the cinnamon dolce latte, apple crisp oatmilk fapp, or just about any other of my favorites.. It happens so frequently now i just expect it. This location has went downhill over the past year.
