Friendly and awesome people. I dash, and they greeted me and mentioned my pickup before I could. Wasn't a long wait and they offered me a drink while I wait. Great service!

Ive given this location three chances. Three for three they have completely messed up the order, missing items, food with practically no fillings, wrong ingredients, and now a completely different order. This is the absolute worst location I have ever been to, for anyone who wants taco bell, just take the drive to tulsa. Dont waste your time here.

Awful service! Save time and do not come to this Taco Bell!
I would rate this location a zero if that were an option. Since they have put in the kiosks, their service has been awful. We have placed orders using the kiosks twice only to be completely ignored while the workers filled pick up and drive through orders. We wanted to pay cash for both orders, but this is an option when using the kiosk. We will not be returning to this location.
We came in and ordered food at 6:00pm and 2 employees were outside smoking while 1 person was running the drive thru and one in the kitchen. We were still waiting for our food at 6:27pm. There were 7 other customers inside waiting for their food as well. Very poor customer service. No one said anything to us about the wait or apologized for the wait. No compensation for the wait or anything. There were about 5 cars in the drive thru at that time as well.

This store always has something major wrong with it. Last night it was because they couldn’t take card, tonight it’s because they “only have one person working in the whole store and can’t take drive thru orders”. Even when you do get food they don’t ever wrap the burritos correctly and we have almost always got the wrong items anyway. This place is always out of ground beef too, even if it’s early in the day. Arguably worst Taco Bell in all of Tulsa area.

I don't eat taco bell very often but when I do whether its on the app, drive through, or walking inside they will leave out the most expensive item EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION. EVERY DAM TIME MY OPINION JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN!!

I asked to use card and cash and ahe ran my card and handed me the cash back. Was rude and not helpful at all.

My husband and I both got Mexican pizzas through drive thru and first there was hardly any toppings (hardly andy cheese sauce or tomatos). Then once we bite into our Mexican pizza it was terrible. The taste was awful. Now we are home and spent 25 dollars and food is terrible. STOP BURNING SHELLS OR ORDER NEW BRAND. I have tried 3 other locations and it has the same issue. Dont order Mexican pizza.
