Food was as expected, service was kinda rude. I'm kinda old and was abruptly told they "don't take orders at the counter anymore, I had to use the kiosk or the app. I guess we don't get a senior discount any more. Couldn't find it on the kiosk or the app. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out the kiosk before I had another CUSTOMER help me.
Food's not very consistent, sometimes it will be hooked up other times very skimpy. Some employees very kind others very rude. Never know what your gonna get.
Food is ok but they always get your order wrong, the pita bread is hard, and the chicken quesadilla barely has any chicken

I paid $2.89 for chips and cheese and this is what I got twice now…like 3 full chips and the rest is broken tiny pieces. Literally ridiculous on prices and what you get. Do better Taco Bell

Went to Taco Bell last night around 11 pm and my friend placed his order then I said I wanted to place another order and the dude at the drive throughs response was “bruh” and didn’t greet us good just kept saying what else every time and didn’t greet us properly. I’ve don’t restaurants for almost 13 years straight and I never would treat my customers bad like that. And he had a hickey or something on his knock so unprofessional

Always a great experience. The food is repetitive but good.
I wish I could be able to leave no stars!! The service was awful! They messed up our order, had an attitude with not only us but other people that were in the lobby. The lobby was filthy. Instead of fixing the problem they gave us all the ingredients to make it ourselves.

This place has the rudest evening manager.. I walk in they all working in stand at the register almost 5 minutes he looks over and said use they kiosk because they don't ring in people anymore I'm like I'm paying cash and referred me back to the kiosk so after I'm done Im standing there and a kid comes up and apologize and said I'll half to take your money at the register then under his breath who pays with cash anymore his workers were so embarrassed do better taco bell it's horrid customer service is reason your company is struggling

No sauce packets in lobby they ignore customers and tell you to use kiosk n tacos taste like sanitizer was sprayed on them
