ALWAYS CHECK THE BAG!!!
I don't eat taco bell very often but when I do whether its on the app, drive through, or walking inside they will leave out the most expensive item EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION. EVERY DAM TIME MY OPINION JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN!!

My husband and I both got Mexican pizzas through drive thru and first there was hardly any toppings (hardly andy cheese sauce or tomatos). Then once we bite into our Mexican pizza it was terrible. The taste was awful. Now we are home and spent 25 dollars and food is terrible. STOP BURNING SHELLS OR ORDER NEW BRAND. I have tried 3 other locations and it has the same issue. Dont order Mexican pizza.

When we walked in, employees were yelling at each other behind the counter. My food was made wrong, and after waiting with no help, I had to yell just to get someone’s attention. While remaking my wrap, one employee kept yelling at another, blaming him for the mistake. The second wrap was still wrong, so I went back again and watched them argue more before they finally got it right.

Meanwhile, a young woman waiting to interview or start training sat there the whole time — I even told her she should find a job somewhere else because what I saw was so unprofessional. I’ve managed restaurants my whole career, and this was unacceptable.

No one was watching the front, no manager was visible, and if the woman yelling was the manager, she badly needs training. Staff should never yell in front of guests. Orders are often wrong here, and it’s clear why. This store needs better leadership, training, and basic customer service.

Food was as expected, service was kinda rude. I'm kinda old and was abruptly told they "don't take orders at the counter anymore, I had to use the kiosk or the app. I guess we don't get a senior discount any more. Couldn't find it on the kiosk or the app. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out the kiosk before I had another CUSTOMER help me.

Food's not very consistent, sometimes it will be hooked up other times very skimpy. Some employees very kind others very rude. Never know what your gonna get.

I paid $2.89 for chips and cheese and this is what I got twice now…like 3 full chips and the rest is broken tiny pieces. Literally ridiculous on prices and what you get. Do better Taco Bell

Went to Taco Bell last night around 11 pm and my friend placed his order then I said I wanted to place another order and the dude at the drive throughs response was “bruh” and didn’t greet us good just kept saying what else every time and didn’t greet us properly. I’ve don’t restaurants for almost 13 years straight and I never would treat my customers bad like that. And he had a hickey or something on his knock so unprofessional
