“Sams never let's me down! Great food, people are polite AF, and the restaurant was super clean! ?Wait was a little on the longer side but the food definitely was worth it!Sadly the were out of hush puppies though ... dang it haha those alone are worth the trip to Sams!“

“We both ordered the fried chicken liver dinners since those are favorites of ours. My wife had the hush puppies and red beans and rice for sides and I had two sides of tabbouleh (my favorite). The service provided by our server, Betty, was top notch and the livers came out piping hot and were delicious. Sides were very good too. I hadn't noticed that there was an upcharge for the tabbouleh because it was hand written on the menu and not very visible. When I mentioned that I didn't think there was an upcharge for it they promptly took it off our bill. Overall a great experience and we will go back even though it is a 30 minute drive from home.“

“First off, I understand, it was a weekend night and the place was packed. We had about a 20 minute wait before being seated. No problem. There was a group at another set of tables (about 4 tables pushed together)....they left a huge mess and only one person was cleaning tables. He got the tables cleaned up when he could, but the floor had a lot of water spilled on it and under the tables was a lot of trash--napkins, straw wrappers, etc....none of that was cleaned up. To me it was a safety matter. Once the tables were moved apart, there was water in the walkway that people kept walking through.Our meals were good, the chicken and dumplins were only warm, not hot but everything else was hot.Dietary restrictions: If you have specific requests, they do their best to accommodate you.“
