Sandwich was made wrong, looks put together sloppy, asked for a small shake and was given a junior, asked for Braum’s sauce for a chicken combo and extra on the side and only got one. I used to work at Braum’s back in Newcastle, I get it can be difficult but that’s no excuse for low quality.
Honestly hit and miss with the food both day and evenings. Just ordered at 1035am Sunday and my bun is burnt, patty looks like a junior and not even ketchup on it. Was only ketchup and cheese btw. Sometimes its great but the bad times are just as much now.
Enjoy the store and products they provide. The dairy products are the best.
Very busy, people love this place.
Food was good as usual, but the sevice was terrible, the crew focused on 5 drive through orders ignoring us at the counter completely.

I wanted a gouda burger without a drink or fries. They would not sell it except a a combo. What happened to customer service Braums? You can do better!

Worst Braums I have ever visited. Food was wrong when brought our table. One burger was so old the cheese was hard as a rock!! Fries were mixed together with burnt and undercooked ones. Store was filthy, and not one employee doing customer service seemed happy to be there!!! Felt like I was an inconvenience to them being there. Had to leave one star, but the rating should have been a ZERO!!!
I would give it more stars because the food was good, and im sure this was an innocent mistake, but I ordered a chocolate shake and they gave me what im assuming was a rocky road because there was a few marshmallows and SO MANY NUTS!!!! Fortunately I do not have a nut allergy but it could have been very problematic if I did.
