Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I enjoy braums, they take good care to get my order right, the atmosphere isnt bad, but the employees sometimes just seem overall unhappy. A couple people in particular always seem to have a frown so its slightly unwelcoming. That aside, the food is pretty good overall.

Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately, if you have a tomato allergy, you will be unable to eat their salad. Aside from that they are allergy and diet friendly.

My daughters milkshake smelled like cleaner when I called to complain they said oh ok I will put it in the report. Didn't offer a refund at all. Won't ever go here

My daughter got a milkshake last night She took a few drinks out of it and told me it tasted and smelt funny when I smelt it it smelled like chemicals was in the cup We were already home so I call up there to complain and they didn't even offer to make it right they didn't offer to give us our money back or anything just said they would put the information in a report so just be careful when you go there with your child because there was some kind of chemical in my daughter's cup. And she's been sick to her stomach ever since then

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Braums.

I came in and bought a jug of water for $1.88.

They then charged me $2.73 for a big cup.

Make it makes sense.

Clean friendly and busy

Customer service was horrible. I only stopped in to grab a bite due to me driving back to the city. The guy that took my order was rude and once my order was ready the lady was rude as well. No customer service skills whatsoever. I'm use to the total amount being told to me and whenever I get my order to go the straw is already in the bag here in the city where I'm from.

Always busy! Always good ice cream ! Wish they would bring back the low-carb ice cream. Fry's are never done completely,I like mine crispy these are not. Try the peanut butter shake yum yum. Cherry limeade, the best in town!
