Unbelievable slow!!!! 50 mins is how long i waited in line. I asked why such a long wait and they said to make food fresh and guess what the food was not fresh i asked for a refund they said no. Horrible customer service. The order was wrong. Im just so disappointed. If they offered 0 stars thats what id give. One star is really gracious. Fish was tough like it had been cooked twice. Oil definitely needs changed in the frying vats. The ice machine was not working by the soda dispenser. No note saying ice dispenser did not work.Server had to get ice from the drive thru area. Ants were crawling all over the condiment and napkin dispenser area. SERIOUSLY!!! There were no other customers in the restaurant at 12:30 pm on a Tuesday. I stood at the counter for a few minutes with no response. Then I walked over to where the workers in the kitchen could see me. Three of them looked at me, said nothing, then went back to what they were doing. I waited another minute or two, then someone came out and took my order. It was as if I was disturbing them.
