Seems they are under staffed. The staff was nice but the food was underwhelming. You can get the same quality at a Wendy's for much less money. The food was hot, the wait was okay, the building was kind of nasty. Honestly don't recommend it.

I was at the Seminole A&W Restaurant and this amazing young gentleman named Charles was so nice he got my order right and he was very well mannered. He was just so kind and respectful. He was making making sure that the crue members were doing just right. He needs a raise.

I feel lucky I didnt look at the reviews before stopping. That said, our experience was great. We stopped for lunch during a work trip and had great service and food. There is not a 5th star because it could have been a little cleaner...although I can imagine that is hard with all the grease flying!!! My fish and chicken planks were hot, fresh, and tasted wonderful. The counter worker was attentive and pleasant. They even know what cracklins' are and gave me plenty!!
