Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a restaurant that offers a variety of options, including burgers, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and milk. The burgers are highly recommended, and the service is described as fast and friendly. The ice cream and frozen yogurt are praised for their taste and affordability, with a wide range of flavors available. The restaurant is also known for being busy but maintaining quick service even during busy hours. Customers enjoy the good ice cream, with some mentioning their favorite treats like the peanut butter shake and cherry limeade. The atmosphere is generally okay, though some employees sometimes seem unhappy, which can make the environment feel slightly unwelcoming. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering a kids menu, and is allergy and diet-friendly, except for those with a tomato allergy, as salads contain tomatoes. Despite occasional issues with fries not being cooked crispy enough or being cold, many customers appreciate the overall quality and service, and some even travel long distances to visit for a cheeseburger and ice cream.
