I want to express my extreme gratitude to Ms Dolores, and her kitchen staff for a great act of kindness extended on Monday. I contacted the restaurant by Facebook on Easter Sunday to ask if would be possible to take some salsa and chips to take to a life-long friend who is in the hospital in Duncan, Okla. Abuelita's Mexican Restaurant was a solid choice. The house made salsa were delicious. The half order of beef and chicken fajitas was ample for two people. The rice, beans and condiments were very good. The Modelo beers came in lime rimmed glasses with a lime slice. The sopapillas for dessert were warm, puffy delights served with honey, of course.
