It was 5:45 AM, ORDERED the three meat breakfast burrito, got a burrito with (in order) tortilla, slab of ham, a light dusting of scrambled eggs, a Shakey-shakey of bacon bits, A WHOLE CHOPPED ONION AND A WHOLE CHOPPED TOMATO, and a 2 tablespoon serving of mustard on one end of the burrito, other end dry. Service was great for the time I was there, friendly, communicative, patient with me when I ordered. (I don't normally eat breakfast so I didn't know the breakfast options beyond biscuit and gravy.)

The workers are rude the past few times my family has been here. The girl working yesterday morning almost dropped my drinks and acted annoyed that I asked for a drink carrier. When this braums opened back up it was great, but seems to be going down hill as far as customer service. I get having an off day, I also work in customer service, but every worker having a bad attitude and acting annoyed at a customers request should be evaluated.

I wanted to really love it but it was only a solid choice. I think you get a lot of value for what you are paying and I love that it's sourced locally.I jus wished the food was a little hotter. The roll was a bit dry.

the employee helping us was very rude and seemed very visibly annoyed when my group of 4 came in. it was only 8:30pm so they didn’t close for 2 hours. He did not even reply when we ordered he just walked away. his name was coby.

I just drove to braums on Kickapoo and McArthur, I called in our order (2 strawberry malts and 1 chocolate and a 1/4 lb cheese burger and a Jr burger) malts were thin we didn't need a straw and they were the worst burgers I had EVER eaten from anywhere! I'll never go back. I used to be a assistant manager at that same store, that's the second time in a row that our order has been screwed up!!

I ordered 8 strips in total and 2 medium fries. I asked for extra braums sauce and they put three in the bag I asked for ONE more braums sauce and the worker at the window said " I gave you three already so I can't give you anymore" I don't understand why I couldn't get just one more sauce when I literally use 2 sauces for two strips and a medium fry because the workers want to BARLEY FILL THE CUP UP.
