I hear great stories from neighbors about this particular Chick-fil-A. I've rarely had a problem. Well trained staff and the Chick-fil-A consistency I've come to expect. It's about the only quick serve restaurant I still go to.

I have been to quite a few Chick-fi-A's, and this one was the worst one by far. It took nearly 45 minutes for me to get my food in a nearly empty store. The manager was super rude(the short one with grey hair) I didn't get her name. She wasn't wearing a name tag as well, and I was expecting the casual "your pleasure" responses which is okay because I understand you don't have to do that, but they all had nasty attitudes except for a handful of the workers. The manager just made it a horrible experience. I won't be coming to this one again anytime soon. (Shawnee Location)

Lately I can score soggy waffle fries at this location... Mac and cheese has become consistently very dry and unsavory.
I always love every part of this place, from the fresh lemonade, to the nuggets, and the sandwiches are perfect! Great health options with the wrap and salad. Always such a pleasant staff, they will help you out in any way they see fit! Make sure to stop by one for breakfast, lunch, or dinner because it will be the best meal you have all day!
