I played the slots upstairs with several others. We noticed the bingo numbers called were the same on every machine and the numbers called started over at the same time. All were paying the minimum credits won. I wish I had paid attention to the slots downstairs as they were paying the bare minimum as well. Makes me think they do indeed shut them off.
Was charged for a night that I did not stay at the hotel. Their policies and their actions did not match up and hotel management was not willing to work with me. Terrible experience.
The food court absolutely sucks!!! I couldn’t believe they charge $20 for water, a few noodles, and very tiny pieces of meat and a few spices. I’ll never eat here again. What a waste
I was starving. The kind of starving that makes your stomach cry. I wasn’t sure where to go, but the food court caught my eye. Looking at the menu for Mexican, I realized what could satiate my hunger. A burrito. I got one with chicken, beans, rice, and of course veggies. One bite and I was in Heaven. I’m not really a burrito person, but it was actually really yummy !!! The people are also quite pleasant. The lady who took my order was very sweet and elegant and the young man who made my burrito did an excellent job. Impressed with the Grand Casino’s food court. Will be coming back!!
Live nearby and play here very often. Payouts or lack thereof are so bad people are smashing machines. That should be indicator enough. Only place in the metro you can put 100 in a 3 reel machine and literally will not hit one time. If you want to lose 500 to 1000 in 20 minutes hit up one of the 5/10/25 video machines. I used to hit jackpots here frequently but they’ve done an update, red screens are minimal and you have to dump a ton of money in to hit one. Gaming commission needs to audit this place in a bad way.
Ramen completely inedible, had to throw it away and go to bar for food. Poor flow for customers.
Personally buffet was a lot better than what they got going now

Horrible bartenders!! They will over look a BLACK man when it comes to ordering a drink !!! We spent a lot of money there because we enjoy the open space variety of machines, and the food is pretty good, but my husband likes to drink and I enjoy gambling and my husband will sit there for 10 minutes and will be overlooked, when ordering a drink!
They do not care about your safety or your experience. I was assaulted by a drunk guy that was over served, he broke 3 bones in my face after I asked him to leave me and my wife alone. Security did not care and offered zero help. I took myself to the ER, and now I need surgery. I also lost my job due to being out of work. The attorneys will handle the assault and injury. Guy was charged with assault and battery. Don’t go here, very disappointed in the police and staff in this matter.

Bring back the buffet. Malls have average food courts like this.

Two important pieces of information for the traveler: 1. Eat before you arrive--All restaurants closed by 10PM--no food available for delivery/no pizza delivery within 9 miles (they have a 5 mile delivery zone). 11 PM closure for food on weekend. There is a Whataburger and an IHOP about 15 minutes away. After 11, the wait at Whataburger was 1/2 hour. Door dash closes early and generally won't go that far out (if you can get through). Nothing is around this location. The nearby gas station has a few items. 2.The Hotel charges for additional half day automatically 10 minutes after the 11 AM checkout time. No late checkouts are available. No exceptions. Make sure to have everything out of the room by 11 . The room itself is OK. Very tiny closet, not enough bath towels--ask for towels when you arrive. Instead of a regular door to the bathroom area, they have the popular hanging barn doors. These are nice to look at but somewhat impractical as they bang together every time they are closed and cover the closet area when opened. A recommendation for the Hotel is to remove these and replace them with functional doors that do not bang together. There is a back entrance to the hotel through the parking garage so you do not need to use the valets--tip is to park on the first floor of the garage by the door if you can. From the back entrance door, you make a left (Cafe will be in front of you) and another immediate left to enter the hotel lobby. There is a spa (by appointment) near the lobby and a small pool area on Floor 3. The pool is not lit but there were plenty of towels. Not really a place for kids but open to midnight. The Sports bar has great wait staff and good pizza. The Cafe had a good breakfast--the scramble is recommended. With no line and no arriving guests, the Hotel's policy to automatically charge for an additional half day for a hotel departure at 11:10 was a huge disappointment and marred our stay as we were unable to finish our breakfast at the cafe. Recommend that the hotel change this 10 minute policy, in particular when a minor delay is due to unavoidable slow service in the Cafe.
I want to live here. First the basics.... Very Clean. Really Great Staff. Comfortable Bed. Convenient location right off the Interstate. Gas and snacks just a few yards away. Very reasonably priced for a casino hotel. You don't even have to get in your car to get a quick bite on the other side of the building or to get an amazing Brazilian-style steak. And, of course, there's the casino. Perhaps I'm this positive because I left with more money than I came with. But even so, I'm still glad I spent four nights here. Can't wait to go back.
No pool light… nobody knew if there was a pool light…. Ice cream at the casino was good… no pool light. Bartender at pool was rude…. Again no pool light…. Asked the bartender, asked the manager.. really just seemed to piss them off… again no pool light to see those kids. Rooms were awesome and casino was awesome. Just no pool light
I enjoyed my stay and slept very well. The room was very spacious and nicely appointed. It had big TV, coffee service, a desk and I think there was a fridge. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower big too.
