About McDonald's

McDonald's is a popular restaurant, known for its friendly staff and helpful managers. Despite some inconsistencies in service, the restaurant tries to make things right. Drive-thru wait times can be long, with one customer waiting up to 12 minutes for their hashbrowns. Recently, early morning visits around 5:30 am have sometimes involved waiting 5 minutes before anyone responds at the drive-thru, as they are not using the first window efficiently. Orders placed early in the morning may take longer, sometimes 10 to 15 minutes, and burritos have been reported to have hardly any filling and hard tortillas, which should be fresh at that time. The restaurant offers an order-ahead option and is willing to adapt to customer needs, which is appreciated. Getting out of the parking lot can be a little scary, but overall, the experience remains pleasant with a personal touch. However, customers should be aware that early mornings, the restaurant may be closed temporarily for cleaning or restocking without a set schedule. Additionally, trying to order near closing time can be frustrating, as the staff may refuse service even if the app shows the restaurant is open, and refunds are sometimes delayed. Overall, McDonald's provides a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in consistency and communication.
