Really enjoyed the pizza. Service was really good. When asked for plates, forks, and knives they hooked us up! Inside was clean and smelt so good, thanks to the cooking pizzas.

The pizza was so greasy you couldn't pick it up . Yes they where busy but dose not give a reason to be rude to guests especially cussing in front of my kids .. and on top of the rudeness we got it for dine in and they boxed it to go ...

I rarely get Pizza Hut and when I do, they can’t ever have it ready at a reasonable time. Tonight, we ordered pizza 30 minutes ahead of time and the app said it would be ready in 13 minutes. We showed up within 20 minutes and still had to wait 10 minutes. We didn’t get a sorry or anything to make it right. My husband pulled around to the front, so I could go in and speak with someone. When he brought out the food I said something about it taking much longer and he said “You’re lucky you didn’t get them later.” Again, no apologies. We won’t be back to the one in Shawnee!

I have been ordering from this establishment for over a year. I have went up there a few times to pick up my food however. Out of probably a good 2 dozen times or so I've only had a issue once. I do tip well and that may have a influence but even when they are not tipped they do a excellent job. My food is always as expected and perfect. My wings are never over done, my cheesy bread is never burnt or under cooked, my pizza is always hot and cooked perfectly. Thank you for helping me get through my daily life and being an establishment our community can be proud of! I love how fresh my food is every time!

Ordered a My Hut Box on 7/2/24 which consisted of a Create Your Own Personal Pan Pizza with a side. They had several side choices & I chose Breaded Honey BBQ Boneless Wings for my side choice. I had never tried their boneless wings before & they were just ok. My entire lunch was 7.69 which included tax. The food was hot & ready when I placed my order on the Pizza Hut App.
I've eaten at this location both inside & to go orders & it's consistently pretty good. I live over 20 minutes away & the pizza is hot & fresh. Our family will continue to order from this location in the future.

Got a Supreme Pizza and some boneless Chicken Wings for the NBA PLAYOFFS. Food was great and staff was very friendly. They even brought my food out to me as I had my dog in the truck .
