This location has really good deals. So it's unfortunate that the orders are never right and the food quality is poor. My last 3 orders from here have been messed up. Last time I ordered taco pizza and instead of letting me know they were out of bean sauce, they just substituted for red sauce. So I ended up getting a hamburger pizza with lettuce on it. Tonight. I ordered two large pizzas and wings. The wings are just pathetic. And then they gave me a medium pizza instead of a large. When my order clearly said large on the receipt. When I asked the manager about it he was not willing to fix the issue. Save your money and just order somewhere else.

Poor management, this place needs a full reset of everything, the GM is always out back with random people from what looks like there are no cameras so there is no telling what is going on, all I was trying to do was get food for the road and was just a melt and it took almost an hour, when the store was dead.

The absolute biggest debacle I’ve ever seen. Not ONE order on time, some waiting an hour, many left frustrated, including me. And to top it off , dude making pizzas with no gloves ! Watched him for a while waiting on pizza! Poor older lady, st least 75 years old edited patiently , got her pizza and it was wrong!!! She left hungry, frustrated and no one said a word.

Really enjoyed the pizza. Service was really good. When asked for plates, forks, and knives they hooked us up! Inside was clean and smelt so good, thanks to the cooking pizzas.

I rarely get Pizza Hut and when I do, they can’t ever have it ready at a reasonable time. Tonight, we ordered pizza 30 minutes ahead of time and the app said it would be ready in 13 minutes. We showed up within 20 minutes and still had to wait 10 minutes. We didn’t get a sorry or anything to make it right. My husband pulled around to the front, so I could go in and speak with someone. When he brought out the food I said something about it taking much longer and he said “You’re lucky you didn’t get them later.” Again, no apologies. We won’t be back to the one in Shawnee!
