The past 3 pickup orders I’ve had from this location have had issues. All 3 times the pizza has been dry and over cooked. All 3 times I’ve arrived at the time the app told me and my order is never done and I have to continue to wait. Also, this past time I put in for an Alfredo pasta. Apparently they didn’t try to cook the pasta until I arrived and then found out all the Alfredo in the building was frozen so they had to give me a different kind of pasta. There was no comps or any discussion of a discount to try to make it right. Very disappointed.

Christopher that served me tonight was Very kind, efficient and respectful. I probably could have been annoying with my indecisiveness. He was very helpful and patient with me. I appreciate his kindness . I couldn't have asked for better service. We need more people like him ?THANKYOU CHRISTOPHER!!
Not sure what is different but this pizza hut is definitely better than it used to be. I ordered online for both delivery and carry out this month and both times the pizza was really good and the employees I interacted with were really nice.If you haven't ordered in a while I would recommend giving it another shot because it's definitely a better atmosphere, better food, and more friendly staff.Also the large pizza deal they had going on was probably the best deal in town when we ordered. I hope that stays for awhile.
I went in and asked for a B-ball.. that i didn't realize was from last year.. they no longer have them,... But did find me one before i left!!! So awesome!! And my pizza was delicious! ?

Ordered large hamburger and ham with extra sauce, tomatos, onions and cheese. 8 slices barley had 2 pieces of hamburger on each slice not much more ham several pieces didn't even have sauce on them or tomatos this is the second time we ordered the same thing 1st time was no better we're thinking it's time to go somewhere else hopefully one that knows how to make Pizzas wright they need to learn what extra means guess you can't expect much when they don't put anything on them to start with also ordered cheese sticks we got bread sticks with a small attempt of cheese on them.

Last two times I ordered carryout, when I arrived home my pizza was the wrong pizza. Name right on ticket, wrong pizza on ticket. Staff read order back correctly on phone. Also, they answered the phone "Domino's". Usually very dependable. I'll give them one last chance, but if it happens again I'm calling Domino's for real.

Don’t order from this place if u want it to be on time or something exactly what u ordered. I ordered delivery the other day at work and it took over an hour and 15 mins to arrive from the time they said it would arrive !!! Not to mention my order was wrong and ice cold.

This Pizza Hut is not the typical Pizza Hut I’ve visited before. It reminds me of a fast food restaurant. The clerk took our order and apparently brought us the wrong order, but it was exactly what we ordered.
