Tea was bad just boil water

i ordered buffet food from this restaurant, and to my shock I found a spy in the food while I was eating I immediately returned to the restaurant to speak with the owner Instead of addressing the issue seriously, she casually said It happens here there are too many spies This response was completely unacceptable.
Not only was the food unhygienic, but my money was also wasted and it ruined the start of my day. This place clearly has poor food safety standards and doesn’t take customer concerns seriously. I strongly advise others to stay away — don’t waste your time or money here. They are serving food that should never be allowed on a plate. And I also complaint the food safety department they will take it seriously it’s not first time it’s 3 time I think the management can work on it.

Flies in the food cleanness is not there

Hello everyone I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not fresh at all. We had ordered Sahi panner and
Some rotia unfortunately, all of them seemed stale
The taste and texture were off, and it was clear that the food had not been freshly prepared to make matters worse, after eating the food, some of us felt unwell, which strongly suggests that the food may have been spoiled or handled improperly I spend here 70 dollar i would not recommend this place to anyone based on our experience. Serving spoiled food is not only unprofessional, but also a serious health risk. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and safety of their food.

When I visited the store there was a lady working at the reception, doesn’t know how to talk, very rude, when asked for the reason to be rude she charged more for the food we bought from there.

The bathrooms were disgusting so take that what you will. There was trash all over the outside of the building meaning cleanliness is irrelevant. When I asked where the health rating was twice, they looked at me like I was crazy. Then I asked again & was ignored. There is absolutely a reason they have no health department score anywhere kn the building & ignore you when you ask them straight to their face. I say eat at your own risk. I sure as heck would not eat here.

Adding an edit to the end of this since business responded. I did this review in your parking lot so yes it's this business. Yes, Oklahoma absolutely DOES require a health inspection. So it appears you just admitted to breaking the law saying you don't have to have one. That's false. Every eating establishment in USA requires a health inspection. And you had pretty but nasty bathrooms. If not so gross, they'd be beautiful. So perhaps you cleaned after I did this report but doesn't change it was nasty when I was in there. And I can't believe you are operating with no health inspection which is completely illegal.
